So we included Colin Trevorrow’s Safety Not Guaranteedin our Sundance 2012 preview, and after building a lot of positive buzz at the festival we finally got a trailer yesterday.
Indiewire calls the clip endearing, and I have to agree but have to say it looks like so much more too. A smart, funny and well-thought-out film is always damn hard to find during the sunny months, so this will be very welcome when it hits North American cinemas on June 8th. I imagine a European release will follow at the tail-end of the summer.
